Sekai Project's campaign funded 60-minute OVA, ends February 11
NEKO WORKs began streaming a promotional video for the OVA adaptation of its and Sayori's NEKOPARA adult visual novel on Friday. Sekai Project is running a Kickstarter campaign that has already funded the 60-minute OVA.
The project reached its initial goal of US$100,000 to create a 20 minute OVA within one hour of the Kickstarter's launch on December 29, but Sekai Project revealed that every additional US$100,000 would extend the OVA by 10 minutes to a maximum of $500,000 and 60 minutes. The project raised over US$275,000 within 24 hours of its launch. As of press time, the project has earned US$556,615. The campaign will end on February 11.
If the project reaches US$600,000, the OVA will add subtitles in Russian French, Spanish, Korean, German, and Portuguese. A stretch goal of US$800,000 will green-light a mini visual novel game about Chocola and Vanilla as children, and this game will get a short anime adaptation if the project reaches US$1,000,000.
Sekai Project released the Nekopara Vol. 1 visual novel on PC via Steam in December 2014. The company describes the story:

What's NEKOPARA? Why, it's a cat paradise! Kashou Minazuki, the son of a long line of Japanese confection makers moved out to open his own shop "La Soleil" as a patisserie.Sekai Project also released the Nekopara Vol. 0 fandisc prequel on PC in August 2015, and the Nekopara Vol. 2 game on February 20. Sekai Project also released the first game in an uncensored adult version. NEKO WORKs revealed in May that a Nekopara Vol. 3 is under development.
But upon moving out, hidden amongst his things were two of the catgirls ("neko"), Chocola and Vanilla, that the family had been raising. When he tried to send them back, they begged and pleaded until he gave in and now they've opened La Soleil together.
With two nekos who really, REALLY love their master trying their very best and occasionally failing -- a heartful comedy opens for business!
